The location was incredible and stunning and the stuff members where smart. The breakfast was good with refilling and fancy items and free non-alcoholic drinks, worth the price. The service was very good, including a fast check-in

Double room was stylish and new-fashioned with aircon. The marvellous location, we were close to a train station.

It is an ideal place for short stay, has lovely views to town. Enjoyable breakfast — a wide array of meals. Modern, soundproof room with a spacious bathroom. The very central location right next to a bus stop.

I had a double room and it was functional with concrete walls. The location was excellent - ease of access to Palace of Festivals and Congress Hall. I've had a real good stay for a business trip.

The staff was excellent and efficient, took good care of everyone. Last time I stopped, had functional room with comfortable beds. The breakfast was satisfactory with a beautiful view, all the food was fantastic.

Tbh, had a very enjoyable stay for a business trip. It was clean, staff was excellent. Had a satisfactory breakfast with a beautiful view, truly enjoyed the meal. We were in a good location not far from old Cannes-Le Suquet and all Cannes principal attractions, and Cannes by train.

I would love to come back thanks to very central location. Liked it - the place is nicely decorated and suited me fine. All the staff is attentive and is engaged to make your stay very very good. The room is well-appointed and there are fantastic views to town. The airport is 30 km away.

Stayed at Okko Hotels for a few days on a vacation. The hotel is spotless and smells amazing. The staff is friendly and helpful. Loved the modern design and the spacious bed in the room. Enjoyed the city-view terrace and the complimentary glass of wine during dinner. The location is central with easy access to public transport. The all-day snack and delicious breakfast spread were a delight. Also, the gym had new equipment. Highly recommended!

Next to the station, it's pretty cozy overall. Breakfast was ok, until 12 o'clock. delightful free aperitif from 18:30 to 21 on the terrace with good views. Friendly personnel.

It's conveniently situated near the train station and within walking distance of several main beaches. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. The facilities and amenities were modern and comfortable, with a lovely terrace where I enjoyed breakfast every morning.

The location was magnificent, staff were proactive. The meals in the terrace were good. The daily service was very good.

All in all everything was nice, had a perfectly pleasant stay for a business trip. The location was incredible literally next door to the main station so very convenient, just a walking distance from an annual film festival. Moreover, it was just off the center 30 sec, all the buzzy bars and restaurants and the gorgeous Le Croisette Promenade and the beach. The roof top bar was fabulous and the staff were excellent and excellent friendly. Truly enjoyed our stay in this place.
